From memory, the che...So much eating and drinking!<br /><br />From memory, the cherry dessert from Burch & Purchese was made from Morello cherries. I would have enjoyed the South African wine tasting. I can only assume I had something else on at that time. I did make it to the Return to Terroir which was fantastic.
